This my results from a health assessment I did through my health insurance company. I scored 98 out 100, even though I’m over 40 and still technically overweight. Not bad.
It’s complaining that I need to lose weight (duh, and I still am) and not drive as fast as I do, since I honestly reported that I often drive more than 10 mph over the posted speed limit. But hey, in my defense, I only do that on freeways and even then I always set the cruise control to exactly 13 mph over the posted limit…that way I’m going reasonably fast and not wasting time, but won’t get a speeding ticket. It’s not like I’m hot-rodding through city streets or neighborhoods like a teenager. I drive like an old man in those areas.
I’ve always said that as long as you exercise every day, don’t get fat, don’t smoke, don’t drink, and don’t stress about life too much, that’s the vast majority of what we call “health” right there. The rest is just details in most cases.
