I’ve recently moved back into playing racquetball after many years of being away from it. I’m on the courts twice a week, either playing or doing drills. My goal is to improve my speed and reaction time, something I feel I’ve always been lacking, being a bigger-built guy.
Racquetball is very fun, very exciting, great cardio exercise, and fantastic stress relief. There is nothing quite like smashing that ball and making ridiculously loud, echoing noises as it smashes against the walls and ceiling of the enclosed court.
